    A worldwide logistics, cross-border shipping MNC that thrives on precision, collaboration, and operational excellence, is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Billing Coordinator to join their finance team in Hong Kong.

    About the role

    The Billing Coordinator is expected to take ownership of end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal teams. If you excel in maintaining flawless financial records, resolving discrepancies with ease, and supporting smooth month-end and audit activities, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced international environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in line with company policies and contract terms.
    • Review, verify, and reconcile billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing discrepancies.
    • Maintain up‑to‑date billing documentation and support month‑end closing activities.
    • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing status.
    • Support internal audits and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with financial controls.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • 2 years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance function.
    • Familiar with billing systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or Navision), and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical capability.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration and client interaction.
    • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Experience with logistics or airfreight billing practices and international billing/tax regulations is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required to be considered for this position.
