Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager, IP Licensing

Responsibilities

• Create sales and marketing strategies to boost brand equity and revenue for assigned franchises.
• Pitch and secure licensing deals with consumer products companies to expand brand collaborations.
• Develop compelling pitch materials, including presentations, sell-sheets, and promotional content tailored to potential partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IP portfolio to enhance partnership potential.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic pitching approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales, licensing, or business development, preferably in consumer products or IP management large corporation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to pitch effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with developing marketing materials and analyzing sales data.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IP licensing processes and consumer product trends.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
