About the job
- Design and deploy internal AI-powered tools, automation scripts, and optimization systems to streamline manual business processes.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Marketing to identify operational pain points and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Build AI-assisted workflows and internal prototypes using a mix of coding, API integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Develop and maintain real-time management dashboards (Power BI) to provide visibility into key performance metrics across the Group.
- Pilot and implement emerging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance company-wide productivity and technical standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish reusable AI frameworks and contribute to the company's long-term AI transformation.
Requirements
- With at least 2-3 years in AI solution design, workflow automation, or business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and API-based integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with regional stakeholders and China-based tech teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and build systems from scratch in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to analyze complex business workflows and convert them into practical, user-friendly digital tools.
