Technical Business Analyst, Contract

Responsibilities:

• Support cloud platform adoption by working with technical teams to identify opportunities and promote usage across the organization.
• Coordinate cloud server operations support with users in local markets, including Japan, and liaise with relevant technical teams for monitoring, troubleshooting, performance, and security.
• Analyze business needs and technical requirements, then translate them into practical solutions.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Japanese to gather requirements, provide updates, and align project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, process flows, and user guides, in both English and Japanese.
• Assist in managing cloud-related projects to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth adoption of cloud platforms and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of work experience in business analysis and project management.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or AWS SysOps are a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken; JLPT N2 or above is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
