About the role
As an Officer in Fund Accounting, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager, overseeing fund operations, and managing fund accounting activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager with daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Help in the preparation of fund performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and insights.
- Participate in fund audits and assist in the preparation of audit materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Accounting or other related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment management (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modelling is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable and passionate in front-office position in fund operation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
