About the role
As An Assistant Accountant, you will play a vital role in conducting Accounts payable or accounts receivable and assisting in month-end closing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounting operations, including accounts payable or receivable functions.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with month-end closing and prepare journal entries.
- Handle a high volume of data entry transactions.
- Support various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; a background in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functional formulas.
- Ability to manage a large volume of data input.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
