    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish the strategic vision, mission, and annual audit plan for the internal audit department, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
    • Lead the organization's thorough risk assessment process, focusing on risks related to digital asset custody, cryptocurrency trading, and settlement.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of a comprehensive annual audit plan that addresses financial, operational, IT, compliance, and digital asset-specific risks.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that audit findings are comprehensively understood, addressed, and integrated into business operations.
    • Maintain strong communication with regulators, external auditors, and legal advisors.
    • Recruit, develop, and manage the internal audit team, fostering their professional growth and skills.
    • Promote best practices and drive ongoing enhancements in internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit or related fields, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
    • A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
    • Preferably, direct experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, digital asset management firm, or buy-side finance company.
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent are highly preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to all management levels.
    • Strong leadership, management, and team-building abilities, with a talent for inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
    • Exceptional analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • A strong commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and independence, with the capability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
