Our client is a Venture Capital with offices in Hong Kong, US and Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Handle travel arrangements of the CEO, including flights booking, transportation arrangement and hotels reservations.
- Manage the calendar of the CEO, schedule meetings and calls.
- Prepare expense reports for the CEO and the office
- Manage daily office operations, including office maintenance, asset management and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 - 5 years of secretarial experience, prior experience in supporting senior executives is preferred.
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Good communications skills, detail-oriented, accountable and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry would be an advantage.
