About the role
As a Business Analyst for the finance operation team, you will play a vital role in facilitating system projects, liaised with stakeholders and UAT testing
Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements to support finance operations projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including Finance, IT, Compliance, and operations to understand and address business needs.
- Prepare test cases and assist in the planning and execution of system and user acceptance testing.
- Support process improvements across finance functions especially in payment process
- Contribute to the successful delivery and implementation of finance-related projects to enhance operational efficienct
Requirements
- Minium 5 years' experience as a business analyst/project management for finance system project
- Experience with finance project, including requirements gathering and UAT.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communicator, able to influence outcomes and foster collaboration across teams.
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
