System Engineer

1. Key Responsibilities

• Cloud & Server Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud servers within Azure and AWS environments to ensure optimal performance.

• System Administration: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and advanced troubleshooting for Windows-based systems and configurations.

• Global Technical Support: Provide proactive technical support and assistance to cross-functional, remote teams across various geographic locations.

• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage strict security measures, applying core cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect systems and data from threats.

• Documentation & Collaboration: Design and support IT solutions while creating detailed, accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

2. Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, paired with 3-5 years of proven experience in system engineering and cloud server management.

• Cloud Certifications: Relevant certifications are highly preferred, specifically Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps.

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of IT environments.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English, alongside a Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2 or above preferred.
