    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily IT system operations and respond to user inquiries, collaborating closely with the internal IT team, external vendors, and business users.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to support and drive various IT projects.
    • Handle IT support requests from employees by troubleshooting issues, answering questions about computer systems, and adjusting configurations, settings, or permissions as needed to resolve problems.
    • Provide technical support across multiple environments, including development, testing, production, and disaster recovery.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on all system environments, such as applying regular patches, conducting security scans, assessing vulnerabilities, and implementing risk mitigation steps.
    • Manage disaster recovery tasks, including system backups and restoration processes.
    • Assist with IT vendor management activities.
    • Support IT teams during the implementation of digital projects.
    • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including detailed records of services performed.
    • Support product campaigns and customer communication platforms, while monitoring the performance and effectiveness of digital solutions.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • University degree in a computer-related field (preferred).
    • Solid technical expertise with at least 5 years of experience in system support and administration, including a minimum of 2 years managing Windows system networks.
    • Hands-on experience setting up and managing web servers, along with knowledge of both Linux and Microsoft Windows server environments.
    • Proven experience in enterprise security, including setup and maintenance of firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and anti-virus solutions.
    • General understanding of various IT infrastructure models, including cloud services (relevant certifications are a plus).
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with management, staff, contractors, and suppliers at all levels.
    • Independent, adaptable, proactive, and willing to travel as required.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID setup and administration is highly desirable.
    • Network management experience and skills are a plus.
    • VMware/vSphere management experience and skills are a plus.
    • Good communications in Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
