Responsibilities
- Designing, engineering, and managing enterprise-grade network & cloud platforms.
- Establishing, operating, and continuously enhancing critical network elements and systems for TrueCONNECT, Global Ethernet, Hong Kong ISP, and China ISP services, ensuring high availability, low latency, and consistent service quality.
- Driving network performance excellence and cross-functional technical support.
Skills Reqd
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of solid, practical experience designing, engineering, operating, and supporting large-scale network platforms, cloud connectivity solutions, and data center environments in the telecommunications industry.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with enterprise-grade routing & switching (routers, switches), firewalls, VPN gateways, as well as advanced protocols and architectures including TCP/IP, MPLS, various VPN technologies, SD-WAN, SASE, transmission networks, Internet routing, DNS, and public cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
- Strong working knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
