About the role
In this role, you will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing facilities management, corporate services, and administrative operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Facilities Management, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of office facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for office infrastructure, cleaning, security, and utilities.
- Supervise Corporate Services functions, ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Lead tendering processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in office administration, facilities, or corporate services.
- Proven leadership experience within large organizations, ideally in NGOs or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required for this position.
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Manager.
