About the role
In this role, you will work closely with high-net-worth clients, offering expert valuations, curating exquisite collections, and lead the creation of world class product catalogues.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert valuations and authentication of high-value accessories for HNW clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including re-engaging with inactive clients.
- Research authenticity and market value of consigned items.
- Write detailed essays and condition reports, and oversee the production of high-quality catalogues.
- Coordinate and curate pre-sale exhibitions and marketing materials.
- Proactively participate in industry events, art fairs, and client functions to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning, promotion, and client service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Arts and relevant
- At least 8 years of experience in luxury goods, or high-end jewelry firms.
- In-depth knowledge of jewels, watches, and handbags, including market trends and valuation techniques.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills, with a refined, professional presence.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
