A prestigious luxury brand is looking for a Senior Retail Trainer to support their learning and development programs for their staff in APAC region.

A prestigious luxury brand is looking for a Senior Retail Trainer to support their learning and development programs for their staff in APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support all kinds of on-line and off-line training programs
  • Identify training needs and create suitable learning programs and material
  • Carry out coaching sessions with front-line staff and provide feedback and recommendations
  • Observe and monitor retail service quality and standards
  • Formulate and execute improvement plans with store managers
  • Drive and support learning and development projects
  • Prepare training reports and administration documents

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of in-house training experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service or luxury industry
  • Strong people skills and a customer centric mindset
  • Share a passion for growing people
  • Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Solid experience in online training and e-learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Video editing skill is an advantage
  • Willing to travel
