Job Description

Our client is a very sizable organisation, they are looking for a CRM talent to join their expanding Customer Marketing team


  • Assist marketing communication plans over multiple channels regarding loyalty program
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure quality delivery of loyalty programs
  • Allocate loyalty gifts to different branches according to plan
  • Monitor the flow of inventory and prepare regular reports.
  • Act as the team's supporting force
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Loyalty Marketing Manager.


  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Marketing or Loyalty Program
  • Good project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Good market sense of loyalty program and online trends
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently under pressure with tight schedules
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese
