Our client is a very sizable organisation, they are looking for a CRM talent to join their expanding Customer Marketing team
- Assist marketing communication plans over multiple channels regarding loyalty program
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure quality delivery of loyalty programs
- Allocate loyalty gifts to different branches according to plan
- Monitor the flow of inventory and prepare regular reports.
- Act as the team's supporting force
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Loyalty Marketing Manager.
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Marketing or Loyalty Program
- Good project management skills and ability to work independently
- Good market sense of loyalty program and online trends
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently under pressure with tight schedules
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese
