Manage and deliver the APAC monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycle (Actuals, Forecasts, Plans, and Revenue Walks) in line with global schedules.
Analyze and track regional KPIs, headcount/FTE walks, risks and opportunities, and monthly revenue sensitivity.
Develop detailed financial models, business cases, and executive presentation packs for regional leadership (MFR/MBR/QBR).
Partner with regional CFOs and global FP&A teams on reporting tree structures, allocations, and financial alignment.
Collaborate with Center of Excellence (COE) teams to automate and standardize reporting packs.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue fluctuation analyses, investigating variances and adjusting entries.
Prepare and enforce Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and revenue desktop procedures to prevent revenue leakage.
Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Business Partnership.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Hands-on experience with revenue management and reporting systems (e.g., RevPro, Tableau, Workday, TM1).
Deep understanding of full-cycle accounting, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance.
