About the Company
A globally recognised service provider company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager. With its strong brand portfolio and footprint across the region, they are currently recruiting the person to develop growth opportunities & business plan, acquire and lead solutions selling with corporate clients (banks & FI) and implement go-to-market strategies in HK & mainland markets
-Understand clients' challenges and goals and provide advice and proposal to cater the needs of their corporate clients
- Identify opportunities for up/cross-selling to new and existing corporate clients and achieving individual & team targets
-Acquire new business and lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
-Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecast and business reviews
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and completion of the entire business cycle
-Proven track record of at least 7 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and meeting growth targets
-Outstanding personal and professional network in financial institutions
-Experience in banking and finance segment, Hong Kong & mainland business
-Experience managing P&L and able to negotiate management margin effectively
-Excellent communication skills and commercial sense, driven and presentable
-Good Command in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
