Marketing Manager (Korean Market) - HK Based

About the Company

A leading beauty and skincare brand is growing in APAC and is now looking for a passionate marketing expert to be part of the continued growth across APAC. The business is growing with an established business outside of Asia.

Responsibilities

-Conceptualize, coordinate & execute 360 regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth.

-Responsible for translating business opportunity into a clearly defined marketing strategy.

-Work closely with different departments to implement sales/ launch promotions that ensure maximized results.

-Manage and evaluate the budget plan to maximize ROI.

-Take guardianship over the brand in the region.

-Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Requirement

-5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in Beauty, FMCG & Retail Industry

-Experience in the Korea market is essential, and with good command of both English & Korean

-Proficient in developing 360 marketing strategies

-Open-minded, result driven and passionate leader with great communication skills and creative mind sets
