Job Description

A well-known developer/conglomerate is now looking for a HRIS Manager to lead Workday deployment. If you are experienced in Workday implementation, please do not hesitate to apply!

About the role

As a HRIS Manager to lead Workday deployment, maintain the lifecycle process in Workday and handle all Workday-related matters.


  • Project lead of all Workday-related matters, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employee status changes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the HRIS system.
  • Generate reports and analytics from Workday to support HR data analysis and decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the effective use of Workday.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday system updates and enhancements, and proactively identify and propose system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in relation to HR systems and data management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years as a HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on HR systems management.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday, including system administration and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and practices, including employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, and HR data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (both written and verbal).
