Customer Service Officer - Fast-Growing Digital Platform

About the Company

A rapidly growing digital platform is now looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Officer to join the team and support their continued growth of business.

Responsibilities

  • Actively handling inbound calls, email enquiries and live chats from customer and partners in real- time manner
  • Proactively liaise with internal parties to ensure communication runs smoothly
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Respond to customer issues via email and phone

Requirement

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Customer-oriented attitude with good telephone manner as well as problem solving skills
  • Excellent skills in English and Cantonese, proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing
  • At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers, preferably from ecommerce/ online business
  • Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
  • Fast learner and good time management. Self-motivated, proactive hardworking with strong sense of responsibility
  • Working experience in customer service sector is an advantage
  • Avilability to work on shift (5 days a week, 9 hrs a day)
