Customer Service Officer - Fast-Growing Digital Platform
About the Company
A rapidly growing digital platform is now looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Executive to join the team and support their continued growth of business.
- Actively handling inbound calls, email enquiries and live chats from customer and partners in real- time manner
- Proactively liaise with internal parties to ensure communication runs smoothly
- Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
- Respond to customer issues via email and phone
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Customer-oriented attitude with good telephone manner as well as problem solving skills
- Excellent skills in English and Cantonese, proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing
- At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers, preferably from ecommerce/ online business
- Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
- Fast learner and good time management. Self-motivated, proactive hardworking with strong sense of responsibility
- Working experience in customer service sector is an advantage
- Avilability to work on shift
