An award-winning mobile trading platform is looking for an Assistant Manager, Trading and Customer Service to join their team to support their growing business.

An award-winning mobile trading platform is looking for an Assistant Manager, Trading and Customer Service to join their team to support their growing business. You will be leading a team with diverse backgrounds to provide excellent and efficient service to the platform traders.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth in lead and conversion through effective KPI management
  • Drive continuous improvement in service and process
  • Analyse performance and service reports to develop action plans
  • Collect findings and feedback from clients and present to management
  • Provide training to new joiners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Not less then 5 years of experience in customer service or CRM, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Knowledge of financial instruments - Forex, Indices, Commodities and CFD
  • A problem solver with a customer-centric and open mindset
  • Strong in both qualitative and quantitative delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese processing
  • Good command in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of programming language such as Python and VBA is an advantage
