Job Description

An award-winning mobile trading platform is looking for an Assistant Manager, Trading and Customer Service to join their team to support their growing business.

A finance trading company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Trading and Customer Service to lead the team to support their rapid growth and improve their service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of of customer service representatives of different markets
  • Manage and achieve KPI such as conversion, respond rate and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor the team to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Actively identify area of improvement in trading process and services
  • Prepare reports and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions
  • Develop recommendations and suggestions base on customers' feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics and Finance or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Knowledge of finance trading including but not limited to FX, CFD and Crypto
  • A proactive and driven problem solver with an innovative mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of programming language such as Python and VBA is an advantage
