A leading organisation in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a key phase of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact project and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical delivery.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across finance, operations, and other functions

Analyse current processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement aligned with D365 capabilities

Work closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment of system functionality with business needs

Support testing, training, and implementation activities throughout the D365 project lifecycle

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps
✅ What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a D365 implementation or optimisation environment

Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or operations

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement at all levels

Strong documentation skills - user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, etc.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
