As a Client Services Senior Consultant you will have 3+ years experience in recruitment (ideally from both Agency and Internal).
You thrive in a fast paced, service driven environment, and take pride in delivering operational excellence throughout the end-to-end recruitment process for your client. Through your subject matter expertise you make it your mission to ensure our clients love us by providing exceptional service and expertise, consistently enhancing the recruitment journey. You are a brand ambassador for your client with a focus on sourcing and acquiring top talent. You ensure the successful and timely fulfilment of clients' talent needs while building strong and sustainable relationships with HR, hiring managers and external talent.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and implement consistent delivery operating rhythms and processes to expedite your success
● Support the driving of change across the team with any new continuous improvement roll outs
● Be alert and suggest “new ways” of doing things which add value to the customer experience
● Be a system expert to optimise your efficiency - ensuring records are complete & up to date so Accelerate is always your first port of call
● Ensure you are fully immersed in all aspects of delivery for your specific client account(s) to maximise results and ensure compliance with their portals, processes & SLA’s
● Ensure compliance is always front and centre and a key measure of your success.
● Become a sourcing ninja to uncover and engage the “ best in market” talent
● Use a range of channels to connect with talent communities to maintain up to date talent pools (ie phone, email, linkedin, social media)
● Manage a tight end to end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and positive outcomes for our clients, our candidates and ourselves;
- Take comprehensive job briefs, gaining your clients commitment to the process and timelines
- Know your candidates skills, talents, motivations and aspirations through thorough and thoughtful interviewing
- Assess candidates against key criteria including your clients D,E,& I objectives
- Secure your candidate's commitment to the role by engaging them in your clients EVP
- Present compelling shortlists aligned to your clients requirements
- Set up and manage an effective interview process with candidates and clients
- Ensure your candidates are ready to impress through great interview preparation
- Schedule timely feedback from both the client and candidates throughout the process ensuring that you are consistently on top of the brief and process
- Monitor progress against agreed parameters, proactively taking steps to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Manage the offer process and touchpoints with hiring managers / talent partners (review background and reference information checks if relevant)
- Ensure successful onboarding into your client’s organisation staying in touch regularly to ensure the placement is mutually rewarding for all
● Stay up to date and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards in recruitment practices, including GDPR
● Use dashboards and MI to monitor and analyse key metrics and ratios to improve the effectiveness of hiring processes and your results
● Support your Line Manager to facilitate the accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities and performance against SLA’s to clients
● Monitor KPIs and metrics related to the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement
● Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
● Ensure all client updates and information are shared with the Client Service Manager and escalate issues in a timely manner

● Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Share these insights with your Manager and the team

Skills & Attributes
● Highly motivated and results-driven with a customer centric approach
● Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
● Experience of working in a fast paced client facing delivery environment
● Exceptional technical recruiter with strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practice - ideally within the life sciences space.
