A Leading US Tax Practice is searching for a US Corporate Tax Senior to join their US Tax team located in newly refurbed offices in a Central London location, offering flexible and agile working.
As a US Corporate Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in the management of a group of corporate clients
- Reviewing US Corporate and Partnership tax returns
- Assisting Senior Leadership in the delivery of advice
- Carrying out research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients
- Researching and applying US Tax concepts
- Ensure you're keeping up to date with latest legislative changes
- Support in business development and marketing initiatives
Your experience:
- US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) with suitable US Corporate / Business Tax experience
- Private Equity Fund exposure would be advantageous but is not essential
- Proficient in Excel and ideally CCH Axcess
