What you'll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality technical transfer pricing advice to Financial Services clients across a range of complex issues.
- Act as a key client contact, managing and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Lead and manage multi-jurisdictional projects, overseeing day-to-day delivery and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Collaborate closely with teams across international tax, indirect tax, and advisory to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting and billing, ensuring profitable and efficient delivery.
- Develop and mentor junior team members through coaching, training, and on-the-job guidance.
- Report to senior leadership, providing clear updates on project progress and risks.
- Play an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives.
What you'll need:
- Professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or a relevant degree in economics, finance, accounting, law, or similar.
- Minimum of five years' experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally involving advisory work, documentation, benchmarking, tax authority engagement, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and sound judgment.
- Proven ability to manage risk, assess technical complexities, and involve specialist support where needed.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organised with a high level of enthusiasm and professional curiosity.
