Strategic Operations Lead - EMEA
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office & 2 remote)
ASAP start | 6 month contract | £500-565pd PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.
We're partnering with a global technology leader to recruit a Strategic Operations Lead to join a high-performing EMEIA leadership team, supporting Retail Marketing & Merchandising. This is a unique opportunity to operate in a role similar to a Chief of Staff, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness across a complex, international business.
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategic and fiscal year planning across the EMEIA organisation.
- Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving business processes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising and Retail functions.
- Facilitate executive planning forums, leadership meetings and governance.
- Use data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Champion AI and automation to simplify systems, reporting and ways of working.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations or Strategic Programme Management.
- A background in technology, consulting, agency or another fast-paced global organisation.
- Strong programme management and executive stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for improving processes and driving operational rigour.
- AI literacy and an interest in leveraging technology to improve business operations.
