Senior ServiceNow Architect

Our client is looking for a senior-level Platform Architect who can act as a trusted advisor on enterprise ServiceNow strategy and governance. This role is all about setting the vision, defining platform standards and guiding technical decisions to ensure ServiceNow remains scalable, healthy and aligned to business goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders, enterprise architects and platform teams to drive consistency and long-term value across the programme.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining and owning the ServiceNow platform vision and strategy
• Providing architectural guidance and setting platform standards
• Shaping governance across instance strategy, integrations and data models
• Leading platform governance forums and influencing cross-team decisions
• Anticipating and mitigating risks around scalability, performance and technical debt
• Promoting leading practices across customers, partners and internal teams
• Feeding structured insights back into ServiceNow product and engineering teams

What we're looking for:

• Experience across ServiceNow, enterprise architecture and platform strategy
• Strong track record designing enterprise-scale, multi-workflow architectures
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions
• Experience integrating or assessing AI-driven tools, automation and insights
• Expertise in platform governance, integrations and complex delivery models
• ServiceNow CTA and architecture/governance certifications are highly desirable

Please note: This is an initial 6 month contract, mainly remote working with occasional client site visits expected, paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
