Job Title: Senior Manager - Investor Relations (8-month FTC - potential to go permanent)

Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to play a key role in delivering the IR programme during a period of team transition. The role includes managing the drafting and delivery of half-year results, supporting preparations for a capital markets event, and planning and executing investor roadshows and other engagement activities. You will act as a key point of contact for analysts and investors, providing insight to the senior management team and ensuring effective communication of market feedback.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IR manager to lead investor relations activities in an established listed company, reporting to the Director of Investor Relations and working closely with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations Activities

Oversee the planning and execution of the company's investor relations programme, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement with analysts, investors, and other market participants.

Monitor share price, valuation, and shareholder movements, reporting findings to the IR team, management, and board.

Liaise with brokers and advisors on potential investor targeting initiatives.

Support the preparation and delivery of financial results and announcements, including drafting presentations and supporting documents.

Assist with planning and executing capital markets events and other investor meetings.

Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for senior management and the board.

Respond to investor and analyst inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Communications

Act as a point of contact for PR advisers and manage media inquiries as required.

Maintain and update the investor relations website, ensuring disclosures and content are accurate.
Insights and Analysis

Monitor investor feedback and analyst research, reporting key insights to senior management and the board.

Maintain an up-to-date analyst consensus and highlight inconsistencies or trends.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis of market developments, regulatory changes, and peer announcements.
Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Promote understanding of the IR function and external market perspectives within the business.

Support the development of the company's ESG and sustainability narrative, liaising with analysts and rating agencies as required.
People Management

Skills and Experience

Proven track record in investor relations at manager level or above, ideally in a listed company.

Experience managing a full IR programme, including financial results and announcements.

Strong financial literacy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Confident engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
