🔥 MUST HAVES:

Proven experience working in a Salesforce Consultancy environment

5+ years hands-on Salesforce project delivery experience

Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Experience Cloud and/or Education Cloud

Track record of client-facing engagements, discovery workshops, solution design and stakeholder management

Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, limitations, and architectural principles

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team and help deliver innovative and high-impact Salesforce solutions across a variety of sectors, including higher education, non-profit, and professional services. You'll play a leading role in designing, configuring, and advising on Salesforce implementations, with the support of experienced technical and delivery teams.
This is a client-facing role where your consultancy experience will be critical - from gathering requirements and shaping solutions, to ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.
🧠 Key Responsibilities

Act as lead consultant on end-to-end Salesforce projects, from discovery to go-live

Facilitate client workshops to understand business processes and gather requirements

Create detailed solution designs and deliver proof of concepts where needed

Configure Salesforce orgs (and guide configuration teams) across a range of clouds

Identify and manage project risks and dependencies

Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure quality delivery

Advise on Salesforce roadmaps, integrations, and long-term platform strategy

Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimations and proposals
💡 What We're Looking For

Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platform capabilities and limitations

Experience across multiple industries, preferably including education or public sector

Strong communication skills - able to build trust and influence at all levels

Ability to translate technical complexity into simple, actionable plans

Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations and AppExchange apps

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence, Slack

Agile / iterative delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)
