Job Opportunity: Process Architect
Are you passionate about transforming business operations and leading strategic change through innovation, process design, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Process Architect to play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our business process architecture, working across multiple functions to embed sustainable improvements.
As a Process Architect, you'll be at the heart of our transformation and continuous improvement strategy. You'll lead initiatives to design and optimise business processes, using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining. Your work will directly support business efficiency, operational excellence, and enhanced customer experiences.
You'll collaborate with colleagues across departments, Technology, Data, Strategy, and HR, to evolve our enterprise architecture and ensure our processes align with organisational goals.
Translate strategic goals into operational improvements and efficient process architecture.
Lead direct and indirect teams to implement scalable, standardised business processes.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring governance and quality are embedded.
Maintain and enforce process architecture standards across the organisation.
Identify automation opportunities and implement improvements in collaboration with technology teams.
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders at all levels and engage external partners to draw on industry best practices.
Influence and align process design with broader enterprise architecture including technology, data, and people strategies.
We're seeking a highly capable leader with:
Proven experience in leading business transformation in large and complex environments (both commercial and not-for-profit preferred).
Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), process modelling, and business process governance.
Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles (including frameworks like TOGAF, ITIL).
A strategic mindset with the ability to convert objectives into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
Familiarity with data standards, technology and data architecture, and change management practices.
Ability to mentor teams and build capacity across the organisation.
Confident in risk identification and mitigation.
Experienced in using process mining tools and automation technologies.
Strong understanding of people management, resource planning, and strategic execution.
