Morgan McKinley are seeking a qualified ACA/ACCA Group Accountant to join an growing international business in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering quarterly and year-end reporting under IFRS, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and providing technical accounting support across the group.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated quarterly and year-end financial reports under IFRS.

Lead on balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple entities.

Provide technical accounting support on IFRS matters, liaising with auditors as required.

Support in the preparation of external financial statements and related disclosures.

Deliver financial analysis and insight to support commercial and strategic decision-making.

Assist with process improvements and controls within the Group Finance function.

Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of group reporting.
Candidate Profile

ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in a group or technical reporting environment.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and external financial reporting requirements.

Proven experience with quarterly/year-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; able to manipulate and analyse large datasets.

Comfortable preparing external reports and reconciliations in a complex, international environment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to business partner and provide clear financial insight.
