Location: London
Role: FP&A Manager for a media company.
Term: Contract 3-6 months.
Start date: 06/11/2025
Day rate: £600- £700 depending on experience
Description:
Take the lead in establishing and heading the FP&A function for a £40m media company in central London, reporting directly to the CFO. You will take full ownership of providing fast and accurate financial analysis and advice to business leaders. As well you will monitor team performance, analyse key metrics, and ensure your insights help the business consistently exceed its targets.You'll manage a high-performing finance team of 5 with high-energy that values precision, speed, and turning analysis into real impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape the finance function of a dynamic, high-growth organisation, influencing major decisions and driving long-term scalability and success.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Overlooking the day to day operations of finance, creating a best in class function
- Take full ownership of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive growth and performance.
- Lead and mentor a small FP&A team during a period of growth
What would the ideal person look like:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3 years + experience post qualification.
- Strong FP&A leadership experience within the media industry
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, reporting, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Immediate availability or 1-2 week notice
