An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a design-led, product-focused international business headquartered in the US, with growing operations across EMEA.
This newly created role, based in Central London (Liverpool Street), will suit someone with strong accounting foundations, an eye for process improvement, and a collaborative mindset. You'll report to the Commercial Finance Manager and EMEA Finance Director, playing a key role in shaping the finance function as the company scales.
The Role:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, month-end reporting, financial controls, and compliance. You'll also collaborate across teams-including sales and operations-to support decision-making with insightful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close, flash reports, and management accounts with variance commentary

Manage cash flow forecasting and cost control initiatives

Oversee AP/AR processes and payment runs (including FX and expenses)

Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting

Support budgeting processes and payroll review

Ensure VAT and statutory compliance across UK & EU markets

Manage the audit process and liaise with external advisors
About You:

Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

5+ years of accounting experience in a product or retail-led environment preferred

Comfortable managing the full finance function in a fast-paced SME

Highly IT-literate, curious, and detail-oriented

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
