Job description:

We're hiring a Finance Controller to take full ownership of the finance function within a growth, leading real estate rental business growth flexible office market business in London. You'll be joining a fast paced environment where stronger financial oversight is needed to support scale, multinational consolidation, and operational discipline. You'll work closely with a strong CFO who is looking for someone to support the finance team and wider business on finance related matters as well as up-skilling where appropriate. This role suits someone energetic, steady under pressure, and hungry. You'll play a key role in shaping how finance operates as the company continues to expand.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day operations of the finance function, ensuring processes run smoothly.
• Take full ownership of audit and financial reporting, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are met across the business.
• Lead finance improvement and transformation projects to strengthen operations and efficiency. This involves optimising a netsuite implementation.
• Oversee and help support overseas entities with consolidated monthly accounts.
• Support the business with regulatory and compliance within overseas entities

What would the ideal person look like:

• ACA/ACCA/ qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, budgeting or financial management
• Experience in Netsuite
• Energetic and bubbly personality
