As an Events Executive, you will play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of high-profile internal and client-facing events, from seminars and conferences to private client receptions and networking events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact within a leading international firm.
Key Responsibilities;
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events across the UK and international offices
- Liaise closely with partners, senior stakeholders, and the wider business development team to ensure events align with strategic goals
Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines from conception to completion
- Maintain and analyse post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and legal industry protocols
- Support the broader marketing and BD function on integrated campaigns
Successful candidates will have;
- Proven experience in an Events Executive or similar role within the legal or wider professional services sector is essential
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A proactive mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with virtual event platforms and CRM systems (e.g., InterAction) is desirable
