A Top 10 Accounting Practice located in Central London is recruiting for an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team
This is an exciting opportunity to join this team during a period of positive transformation, where you'll develop both your soft skills/client facing experience, as well as exposure to high quality advisory work.
Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver advisory projects covering PAYE/NIC, benefits, expenses, termination payments, cost reduction/reward strategy, employment status (IR35, Umbrella etc), CIS, NMW and payroll governance
- Manage compliance requirements for your client list
- Assist with PSAs, P11D reviews, employer compliance checks and year-end processes
- Support business development and marketing activities
- Reviewing work from junior colleagues and contributing to their technical training
