I am working with a rapidly growing fintech that's transforming later-life lending - helping customers aged 50 to 90+ access fairer mortgage solutions. Recently named one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the UK, they're scaling fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager to help optimise the customer journey across their digital platform.
This role blends customer success, product feedback, and service improvement. It's ideal for someone analytical, collaborative, and excited about shaping better outcomes in a purpose-driven business.
The Role
- Own the broker and customer journey from on boarding to renewal
- Spot and resolve service pain points, improving key touch points
- Build strong relationships with brokers and act as their voice internally
- Feed into product development by sharing insights and feature ideas
- Analyse behavioural and conversion data to highlight friction points
- Work closely with service and ops teams to ensure a smooth experience
What We're Looking For
- Naturally curious and solutions-focused
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
- Confident using data to improve journeys and measure impact
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) mortgage broker workflows
- Experience in fintech, proptech, or mortgage tech would be beneficial
- Familiarity with customer success tools or agile product teams
