    Job Title: Chief of Staff to the CEO


    Location: London, Hybrid

    Role Summary:
    The Chief of Staff to the CEO will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the organisation. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in financial or strategy consulting who can navigate complex business challenges, manage cross-functional initiatives, and facilitate seamless communication between the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The CoS will play a critical role in enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact priorities while ensuring organisational goals are met efficiently and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the CEO's priorities across the ELT, proactively identify risks, and ensure initiatives are aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.
    • Manage key projects, track progress through dashboards, and ensure initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
    • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for Board, ELT, and SLT meetings, keeping teams accountable and ensuring discussions lead to clear outcomes.
    • Act as a bridge between the CEO and leadership teams, draft key communications, and support preparation for executive briefings and stakeholder updates.
    • Lead high-priority strategic projects, provide data-driven insights, and conduct research to support informed decision-making.
    • Foster accountability and collaboration across teams, support change management efforts, and serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and ELT.

    Success Metrics:

    • Improved alignment and execution of ELT initiatives.
    • Increased adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
    • Effective facilitation of leadership meetings with actionable outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a financial or strategy consulting environment.
    • Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to operate at a senior leadership level and influence cross-functional teams.
