Project Manager - EMEA Compliance Programme

Location: Remote, occasional days in London | EMEA focus | Contract: 12 months, daily rate inside IR35.

Seeking a Project Manager, working at the intersection of product, engineering and legal to scale regulatory compliance programs across EMEA. You'll lead workflows, track timelines and drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and informed by data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance programs end-to-end, aligning strategy and execution across stakeholders.
• Analyse regulatory trends, product needs and emerging risks to inform decisions.
• Support operational workflows, investigations, communications campaigns and retention initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and governance frameworks.

Candidate Profile:

• Project/programme management; regulatory or legal experience beneficial but not required.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Self-starter, adaptable, analytical and comfortable with ambiguity.
