The Role
Joining an established leadership team, you will take responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market audit clients while contributing strategically to the wider growth plans of the firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a portfolio of mid-market audit clients
- Driving business development activity and identifying growth opportunities
- Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and introducers
- Leading audit engagements and ensuring exceptional client service delivery
- Supporting and mentoring Directors and senior members of the audit team
- Contributing to strategic planning and operational leadership initiatives
- Playing a visible role in the market and representing the firm externally
About You
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced audit professional currently operating within a Top 10 firm environment who is seeking a more entrepreneurial platform and genuine influence within a growing business.
You will ideally possess:
- RI (Responsible Individual) status
- Significant UK audit experience within a recognised accountancy practice
- Demonstrable success in business development and revenue generation
- Strong mid-market client exposure
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Commercial awareness and a growth-focused mindset
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills
