Role: Accounts Payable Assistant
Offices: Hacnkey, 5 days in the office
Morgan McKinley are partnered with a growing construction company based in East London who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team. This is a newly created position, supporting with the processing of supplier invoices and subcontractor payments.
The role:
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
- Matching PO numbers to invoices
- Setting up suppliers / subcontractors
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supplier query resolutions
- Setting up payment runs
- Supporting with banking
About you:
- Mustbe currently working in Accounts Payable or recently been in an Accounts Payable position
- Experience in construction industry is beneficial but not essential
- AAT Qualified / strong AP experience
- Happy to work 5 days in the office in East London
