HR Manager, up to £60k
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Manager to join a well established organisation in the Care sector to assist during a period of change and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, operational HR support across multiple services / sites in the South East of England. This is a hybrid role based at the Head Office in Southampton, with some travel to sites in the South East.
This is a generalist, hands on HR Manager role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with one direct report. You will be central to driving consistent HR practice, managing employee relations and ensuring regulatory compliance across all services. The organisation is currently undergoing significant transformation, including a change in senior leadership and a wider restructure. As a result, your initial focus will be to lead and manage redundancy processes with professionalism, sensitivity and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is confident managing change.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Care sector or a related field such as Healthcare, Education or Social Housing. Experience of working in a regulated environment (ideally Ofsted) with an understanding of safer recruitment and compliance requirements would be highly beneficial.
