Senior Credit Manager (Development Finance)

Our client, a leading Bank, are looking for a Senior Credit Manager (Development Finance) to join their Credit team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Analyse, review and comment on the performance of each asset class portfolio for which the role holder is directly responsible for, including monitoring of associated Watchlists and Impairments.
• Monitoring and reporting on compliance with credit risk appetite and concentration risk limits
• Responsibility for the credit risk sanctioning decisions for a variety of transactions across a broad range of asset classes and structures, with a particular focus on Commercial Investment Real Estate, Speciality Finance and Asset Based Lending.
• Identify, evaluate and formulate strategy and relevant action plans to drive process efficiencies, harnessing automation where possible across the Credit Risk Function.

Previous experience within Credit Risk is preferred.
