An ambitious and highly regarded professional services firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing advisory-led Corporate Tax team. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted adviser on a range of tax matters
- Lead on complex UK and international corporate tax advisory projects, including structuring, transactions, and cross-border matters
- Provide commercially focused advice to clients on evolving tax legislation and business issues
- Support major corporate transactions, reorganisations, and international expansion projects
- Work closely with Partners and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality corporate tax compliance and review technical work prepared by junior team members
- Play a key role in project management, delegation, and mentoring within the team
- Contribute to business development activities, networking, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing client relationships
- Support and develop junior members of the team, helping to build technical capability and client management skills
Requirements
- ACA, CTA, Solicitor qualification or overseas equivalent
- Significant experience in UK corporate tax, with strong exposure to advisory-led work
- Experience working on complex corporate tax projects and transactions
- Strong technical knowledge across UK and international corporate tax matters
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
