Morgan Mckinley is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant with proven weekly payroll experience, to support the Payroll Manager and be part of the Payroll team. The Payroll Officer position is to start ASAP and is working on a temp basis for 2-3 months.
Pay rate: £17-19 per hour
Duration: 2-3 months
Location: Lewes, Sussex. Own transport required due to rural location. Free parking
Payroll duties:
* Processing starters and leavers
* Checking of payroll information and timesheets / overtime for seasonal staff
* Setting up and processing of payments
* Supporting with the monthly payroll process and weekly payroll
* Handling payroll queries
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience working in a similar payroll support - payroll officer type role, weekly payroll exp
* Attention to detail
* Good IT skills and have used systems such as: Iris system
