Morgan McKinley is looking for a Accounts Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area on a hybrid basis. The Finance Assistant job, will be working as part of the finance team supporting with raising sales invoices, credit notes, and issuing client statements etc.
Salary: £27K
Location: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a week
Finance Assistant duties:
- Processing of invoices and credit notes
- Sending out statements
- Respond to fiance queries and issues relating to Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices and respond to requests
- Check and update balances
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, sales ledger / credit control etc.
- Good IT, using systems such as Sage
- Excellent communication skills
