Morgan McKinley is exclusively partnering with an established PLC to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance.
This is a highly commercial role where you will partner with the Commercial Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support joint business plans, pricing strategies, promotions, and drive incremental margin growth.
Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will have an exceptional opportunity to embed KPI-driven and data-led decision-making across commercial operations.
Responsibilities for the Head of Commercial Finance will include:
- Leading and developing the commercial finance team to provide strong business partnering, insights, and decision support.
- Providing financial insight, challenge, and understanding into planning processes to drive the optimum development of business plans.
- Providing accurate data and commentary on performance to support and influence the SLT on strategy, including highlighting areas of concern.
- Developing plans to meet and exceed budget targets across the business.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support stakeholders.
- Proven experience in commercial finance.
- Strong ERP and Excel skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented, with a desire to succeed.

Salary & Benefits
£110,000 - £115,000, plus additional benefits.
